ArtsQuest Town Hall Update

ArtsQuest Town HallDespite all the people out purchasing vast quantities of bread and milk in preparation for winter storm Pax, the recent town hall at ArtsQuest was well-attended and a huge success. We made a lot of new connections, and it looks like we are adding another 20 makers to the roster.MakersWe had a dozen or so makers to help give the crowd a taste of what Maker Faire is all about. There were 3D printers, multi-copters, crafters, rockets, and more. Many thanks to all the makers who attended and participated. We really appreciate it.SteelStacksThe next town hall meeting hasn’t been scheduled yet, but keep checking our Twitter feed and website for all the latest news. And don’t forget to get the word out. We are still looking for makers to participate, and we want everyone to attend the event on April 26th. Remember it’s FREE! Until next time. Happy making!

Lehigh Valley Mini Maker Faire at SteelStacks

SteelStacks
It’s hard to imagine a better location for a Mini Maker Faire. The SteelStacks are all covered in snow right now, but on April 26th we should be a lot warmer, and the streets will be filled with makers, hackers, crafters, builders, tinkerers, innovators and hopefully you. Click on the image for a larger panoramic image we took after an early planning meeting with ArtsQuest.
